Between the Breede River and the Langeberg mountain range you'll find the impressive Bon Courage Wine Estate. A prestigious award-winning family-run estate, dating back to 1927 when the farm was bought by the Bruwers. Now owned by, Andre Bruwer, the estate has received many awards and wide acclaim both locally and internationally for its wines.
Grapes: 80% Pinot Noir | 20% Chardonnay
Nose: Hints of raspberry together with full rich yeasty flavours.
Palate: A rich, silky feel on the palate, filled with red berries and balanced with subtle mineral undertones. Soft mousse with a lingering finish.
On the less for 84 months, this allows for a truly versatile wine. To be drunk by itself as well as paired with numerous seafood dishes. Oysters, salmon, tuna, prosciutto, rich cheeses and red berry dessert compliment one another perfectly.
